On July 11, 2023, an informative presentation of the new Regulations for Construction and Demolition Waste was held, for the Members of the Federation of Building Contractors Associations of Cyprus (OSEOK), at the Education Center “O Oikodomos” K.E.P.O Ltd. The purpose of the new Construction and Demolition Waste Regulations, that were adopted in April 2023 is:

• The obligations of project owners and Construction and Demolition Waste producers

• The upgrading of the role and obligations of individual and collective Construction and Demolition Waste management systems so that they are effectively and functionally involved in the management of Construction and Demolition Waste

• The upgrading of the role of supervising engineers and project designers in the management of Construction and Demolition Waste.
