Anna Artemi holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Chemical Engineering (2013) and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering (2021) from the University of Surrey, UK. 

Her research focused on the application of Forward Osmosis, an emerging Membrane-based Filtration Technology, for the effective concentration of liquid streams in the dairy and beverage industries. 

She published three peer-reviewed articles in the reputable journals in membrane field, ‘Journal of Membrane Science’ and ‘Separation and Purification Technology’. She has also been a visiting researcher at the ARC Dairy Innovation Hub, University of Melbourne, Australia (2019).

From September 2021 to October 2023, Anna worked at UNICAF, Cyprus, as the Programme Leader for postgraduate programmes specialising in Oil and Gas Management and Construction Engineering Management. During her tenure, she instructed and supervised postgraduate students in Oil, Gas, and Energy Management, following an asynchronous online learning model. In November 2023, Anna joined Ideopsis Ltd as a Junior Energy Expert.
